Nominees

If, in connection with the May 2025 mailing of the Class Notice for the Litigation, you provided the Claims Administrator with a list of names and addresses of Class Members, DO NOT resubmit those names and addresses. Copies of the Notice Packet will be forwarded to those Class Members by the Claims Administrator.

If, in connection with the May 2025 mailing of the Class Notice, you requested that the notices be sent to you for forwarding by you to Class Members WITHOUT providing the names and addresses to the Claims Administrator, you will be mailed the same number of Notice Packets to forward to those Class Members. However, if you have new customers who may be Class Members and you require a different number of Notice Packets than you requested in connection with the Class Notice, please send an email to info@TwitterAcquisitionLitigation.com as soon as possible and let the Claims Administrator know how many additional Notice Packets you require.

If you NEITHER previously submitted names and addresses of Class Members nor requested notices to send to Class Members, as outlined above, OR if you have new customers that were not included in your previous submission to the Claims Administrator, you MUST either submit a request for Notice Packets or submit the names and addresses of the new Class Members to the Claims Administrator, no later than ten (10) calendar days from receipt of the Notice. If you request copies of the Notice Packet for forwarding by you, they must be mailed to the beneficial owners within ten (10) calendar days of your receipt of the Notice Packets from the Claims Administrator.

If you are providing a list of names, addresses and email addresses to the Claims Administrator, please do the following:

  1. Compile a list of names, last known addresses and email addresses of the beneficial owners described above.
  2. Prepare the list in Microsoft Excel format using the template for submitting mailings data here. Failure to use this template may delay the submission of the mailing data.
  3. Then you must do one of the following:
    1. Burn the Microsoft Excel file(s) to a CD or DVD and mail the CD or DVD to:

    2. Email the spreadsheet to info@TwitterAcquisitionLitigation.com; or
    3. Log in to EpiqFiling to submit the completed template.

Expense Reimbursement

You are entitled to reimbursement of your reasonable expenses actually incurred in connection with the foregoing, including reimbursement of postage expense and the cost of ascertaining the names and addresses of beneficial owners. Those expenses will be paid upon request and submission of appropriate supporting documentation and timely compliance with the above directives.
